  A leendő TISZA kormány építésügyi programjának elemzése

  Az alakuló kormány építési programjának egyik legnagyobb erénye önmagában az, hogy egyáltalán létezik, és betekintést enged a leendő döntéshozók szándékaiba. Még ha a program nyilvánvalóan tovább fog pontosodni, már most is jól látszanak belőle azok a súlypontok, amelyeket az építésügyben meghatározónak tartanak. Építész szemmel nézve ez már önmagában fontos fejlemény, mert a szakma számára nemcsak az a kérdés, milyen konkrét intézkedések születnek majd, hanem az is, hogy milyen gondolkodási irány rajzolódik ki a háttérben. Az alábbiakban a kormány leendő programját elemzem.

  An exemplary kindergarten development has been completed in Józsefváros

  The article presents the Hatovi Project, in which Qvarta Studio, the Józsefváros Municipality and MOME students renovated and expanded several district kindergartens using community-based design and limited financial resources. Their goal was to create high-quality, child-friendly public spaces with natural, green courtyards and sustainable solutions instead of building completely new institutions.

  Converting office to residential - challenges and opportunities

  The article explains that converting office buildings into housing is promising but technically and economically challenging, and success depends on a few key factors. Hungary's office demand is declining while housing need is expected to rise again, so the author's office has studied many office‑to‑residential conversions and distilled what most strongly influences feasibility and value.
